Latest: Man jailed after girlfriend assaulted
Police arrested a 24-year-old St. Cloud man after his girlfriend told police he assaulted her. Robert Francis Leabch is in Stearns County Jail on suspicion of felony domestic assault and violating a no contact order. The incident happened at 12:38 a.m. today in the 1900 block of Camellia Court. The 20-year-old woman had minor injuries and did not need medical treatment, police said. .
